It's the material that Castelli uses for their Unlimited Trail Baggy Shorts that makes them so suited to your off-road cycling adventures. Pull them on and you'll notice how light and flexible the fabric is. At just 165 grams per square meter, and including the stretch of elastane, the fabric gives you baggy cycling shorts that deliver unrivalled pedalling comfort and the easy movement needed for hitting trails. They may be light, but they're also tough thanks to Cordura® yarns used in the fabric.
A DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish means light rain and muddy puddles won't soak in and the shorts are quick-drying too - ideal or changeable riding conditions. If the sun is out and you're feeling hot, zippered ventilation openings that run the full length of the legs allow cool air to flow.
Castelli cut the shorts with a loose fit, again to aid in easy movement, yet the adjustable webbing waist belt ensures there's no annoying slippage when riding.
